The treat machine is a tabletop unit that simplifies applying pretreatment on coloured and dark garments. The use of an industrial spray nozzle which is controlled by a simple microprocessor ensures a very uniform controlled pattern for a perfect pretreatment application that brings out brillant prints in white and colours.
Pretreating shirts
Pretreating shirts for white ink has never been easier with our treat machine. The treat machine works together with all common pretreatments available on the market.
It´s easy to use and simple. Lay a shirt on the bed and press the Load button. Your shirt will be automatically pretreated in 7 to 10 seconds! You can adjust the amount of pretreatment by changing the speed of the spray nozzle. With two simple sliders you can specify the area of the image size.

Fixation
Pretreated shirts will need to be dried using a heat press or a conveyor dryer. Before printing the shirts need to be pressed again for about 10 seconds to flaten the fibres for a smooth printing surface.
Now the shirts are ready for a high quality direct to garment print.
